Bailey Zappe was one of the most prolific passers in his senior season at Western Kentucky. However, it was at Houston Baptist where the quarterback met Hannah Lewis. The pair are high-school sweethearts and have been dating for six years. Recently, Zappe proposed to his long-time partner, and are now engaged.
Lewis was born and raised in Texas. She attended Plano West High School and was a two-year letter in volleyball. In 2020, Lewis graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Management. She was hired as a medical assistant at Lewis Pain and Physical Medicine, a general medical clinic in Massachusetts.
The Texas native is Zappe's biggest supporter and brags about him on her Instagram. The Western Kentucky quarterback was selected by the Patriots in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

He completed 17 of 21 passes for 181 yards and threw for one touchdown to lead New England to a 29-0 win. The quarterback also started the following week against the Cleveland Browns. He threw for 309 passing yards and two touchdowns as the Patriots won 38-15 to improve to 3-3 on the season.
The 24-year-old signal-caller compiled 781 passing yards, five touchdowns, three interceptions and completed 70.7% of his passes in his rookie campaign.
Where does Bailey Zappe land on the Patriots QB depth chart?
As it stands, Bailey Zappe will be backing up Mac Jones entering the 2023 NFL season. The team signed veteran quarterback Trace McSorley and drafted Malik Cunningham in this year's NFL Draft.
Bailey Zappe has an opportunity to get more playing time and move up the depth chart, especially if Jones struggles to produce. We'll see how many snaps the 2021 Conference-USA Player of the Year will get under center this upcoming season.
