Attwood tells The Sun that she is confident and happy with herself and her body. "I wouldn't change anything, and there's nothing I am really that unhappy with," she says. "Ten years ago walking around in a bikini, I would be internally picking myself apart, whereas now I'm a lot more comfortable."
Attwood says one of the reasons she is a lot happier with herself is her new approach to wellness. She tells The Sun that she eats healthier and works out on a regular basis now. "I actually look better now, because I'm healthy, I eat properly and go to the gym, whereas in my twenties I was living off McDonald's and white wine spritzers."
Attwood tells The Sun that she has done plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures to herself. While she doesn't condemn them, she encourages others to do procedures that are safe and won't harm their bodies. She says, "Do whatever you want to make yourself feel better, but don't treat your body like a fashion accessory."
